8. Monitoring Progress
As work continues, your designer will visit your home to:
• Chat with you about the project progress
• Perform quality checks
• Check that the project is on schedule and according to plan
9. Communication
There’s nothing worse than being kept in the dark about work in your own home. We won’t let that happen. Throughout the project, we invite an open discourse. It helps to make sure that should any issues arise, we can find solutions quickly, efficiently and correctly.
10. Final Assessment
Your designer will visit your home to:
• Assess the completed works
• Sign off the work with your agreement
• Pop open a bottle of champagne
11. The Finish Line
Your final payment of 5% will complete the project.
We now look forward to welcoming you to our customer showroom events. Varied evenings surrounding fine food & wine.
